Blogging from Cuba Nostalgia
Here we are at Cuba Nostalgia with all the bloggers who form part of the Babalu blog community. Ziva and Julio are busy contributing "live". I find it rewarding to meet all my fellow bloggers in person and connect a physical reality with my mind's image of them.
Val Prieto, originator of the Babalu Blog, is seen here with Miguel "O-matic" (I like that handle!). Miguel is a regular contributor to the Babalu Blog.
Yuca baby's (Chantel Acevedo) baby, Penelope, is here. I am looking forward to reading Chantel's new book "Love and Ghost Letters". I mentioned the Cintas Fellowship to her. I believe she would be an excellent candidate for next year. I wish her the best.
If the layout on this post looks a little goofy, we will have to attribute that to the beers we've been having. The spirit of "Man Camp" is here!

It was, as the Crocodile Hunter would say, "really, really goowd" to meet you and more than a few of the fellow bloggers in the flesh at Cuba Nostalgia, Patricio. Great photos - baby Penelope is beautiful. May we all reconnect live soon - but we will stay connected on the Web, for sure.
